Job Description
High, Welcome! As a Customer Service Rep for our companies, you will handle all inbound phone calls, manage online menus, guide customers through ordering process, explain products, and create orders. This position is responsible for providing fast and outstanding service to EVERY customers that reaches out to us. This is an office position, not directly in the retail cannabis area, but works along side it. We offer services through 3 ordering platforms including our own website with integrated menu connected to our POS. You will be responsible for checking all ordering platforms and responding to customers quickly and professionally.
As orders come in, you will: -verify every customer's age with valid ID or acceptable identification -verify medical documents (if any, or if under 21)
-upload all important documents to customers profiles (ID and REC) -contact customers over the phone and through instant message -help customers in choosing items, walk them through our inventory
-efficiently communicate with dispatcher on shift
We do not tolerate employees to be under the influence of anything during shifts, this includes cannabis. Shifts are 7 hours long, with breaks. 7:45-3pm or 2:45-10pm Monday-Sunday
Both full time(5-6 shifts) and part time(3-4 shifts) available.
