Job Summary RGI Creative is a team of experiential storytellers who meld tried-and-true strategies with emerging tech to make fully-customized branded environment concepts a reality. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our dynamic team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction management, project management, and cost control, ensuring that all estimates align with company standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for exhibit projects.

Build comprehensive pricing models that reflect project requirements and market conditions.

Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines for projects.

Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.

Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid documents and presenting estimates to clients.

Experience

Proven experience in estimating within the construction and exhibit industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.

Familiarity with cost control methods and techniques.

Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
