POSITION SUMMARY
Catch-a-Fire Pizza is now hiring a full-time Exhibition Cook. We are seeking a passionate culinary professional to work with our Chef and Back of House team to prepare wood-fired food and other featured items from our creative, artisan menu. Part time hours are also available. This position will require working nights and weekends.

1+ years of kitchen experience & strong culinary skills
Wood-fired cooking experience
Excellent knife skills
ServSafe Manager Certification

Ability to work with professionalism with all team members and guests at all times
Adept in following directions & adhering to procedures with quality, consistency & speed
Completing guest orders accurately and within service goals
Working clean and professionally at all times in our exhibition kitchen
Being extremely knowledgeable about our menu
Following proper food safety procedures
Must be able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment and consistently uphold very high standard
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and demonstrate teamwork
Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
Be a Brand Ambassador! Promote Catch-a-Fire’s goals and company culture; follow company policies & procedures
Able to successfully collaborate and communicate with all team members
Able to thoroughly understand all menu items and be able to execute with quality, consistency & speed
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and menu items are prepared to specs
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
Properly cook and handle various food items (including meat, seafood, dairy and vegetables) using a variety of cooking methods
Operate one or more of the following stations: Wood-fired Oven, Toss, Pizza Make, Cold Side, Hot Side
Successfully open and close your workstation using proper procedures and guidelines
Communicating with other team members to coordinate orders and maintain efficient speed of service
Assisting in keeping food storage areas organized and sanitized
Assisting in keeping food items rotated and labeled
Clean dishes, wash cooking utensils and cookware as needed
Taking out trash/recycling/compost as needed
Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workspace at all times
Focus on quality control and speed of service so the restaurant can operate efficiently and successfully
