We are looking for a skilled accountant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for recording all our financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, and posting information to accounting journals and QuickBooks for clients - small businesses across the country. Responsibilities: Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Qualifications: 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
