Exit 4 Private Escape Rooms is opening a brand new location in The Village at Allen, and we are hiring three part-time positions for Game Master. The work hours will be consistent, and mostly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons and nights.

Exit 4 Escape rooms is a private puzzle room venue featuring four different narrative-driven experiences. The job of the Game Master is to welcome groups entering the venue, one of which will be "yours". The Game Master explains the basics/rules of the escape room to their group (you don't need tools, you don't need to bring a flashlight/hammer/calculator etc.) As the groups make their way through their chosen puzzle room, the Game Master remotely monitors the experience from the control room ensuring a smooth and fun experience for our guests.

Our Game Masters do NOT need any experience with escape rooms, as all the necessary training (paid) will be provided prior to venue opening.

Our Game Masters DO need:

-Their own reliable transportation

-Punctuality

-The ability to memorize the mechanics of all four escape rooms to accomplish speedy room resets

-On-The-Fly problem solving and the ability to independently improvise within the environment to find solutions

-A strong grasp of English

-Punctuality

-To be friendly and at-ease dealing with the general public (usually in groups)

-To be excited about not having to deal with food service of any kind

-Punctuality
