Job Summary: The Sales Account Manager would be responsible for winning new accounts, grow existing accounts, and provide exceptional service to all active and prospective customers. He/she must meet annual revenue target set forth by the company and must establish excellent working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while meeting or exceeding assigned strategic account objectives. Essential Functions:
Achieve growth by gaining new accounts and expanding business portfolios with current accounts
Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality service and ensure that client expectations and commitments are met.
Communicate account knowledge to internal team members
Work with a sense of urgency towards projects, requests, and client due dates
Responsible for updating internal account management system in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with operations, quality, finance and marketing to develop and align on clear communications regarding accurate order fulfillment
Responsible for all aspects of accounts that would be assigned to him/her
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years sales and/or account/project management experience
Excellent communication skills
Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills
Must be self-driven and results oriented
