Responsibilities: Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process Qualifications: Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards Superb time management and organizational skills Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well Compensation: $36,000 Salary + Bonus
