Souderton Dental Associates, a private PPO practice, is looking for our next Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing clinical team!

We're seeking a skilled and driven EFDA with a strong clinical foundation, ideally with surgical experience, who can provide exceptional patient care with empathy and education.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a steady-paced environment while offering strong critical thinking skills and clinical support to our providers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide expanded function duties chairside during a variety of dental procedures.
• Take radiographs and intraoral scans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, operative procedures, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining compliance with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed EFDA
• Valid X-ray certification.
• CPR and first aid certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).

Schedule:

• 4-day work week
• Mon-Tue, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
• Wed-Thurs, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
