    Seattle Dental Associates is a modern, digital dental office with excellent tools and systems providing patient-focused care in the heart of downtown Seattle. We are looking for a skilled Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who brings clinical excellence, strong ethics, a kind heart, and a genuine team spirit to everything they do.     What You’ll Do – Job Responsibilities

    Perform all expanded functions allowed under Washington State law

    Assist with restorative procedures, take impressions, place sealants and provisional restorations

    Support dentists and hygienists in providing efficient, high-quality care

    Ensure proper sterilization, cleanliness, and infection control

    Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions

    Keep detailed and accurate clinical records

    What We’re Looking For – Position Requirements

    Active Washington State EFDA certification

    At least one year of EFDA experience preferred

    Strong clinical and communication skills

    A calm, compassionate approach to patient care

    A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude

    Compensation & Benefits

    Starting wage: $40-$45 per hour

    Excellent benefits including medical and vision insurance, in house dental care, 401k with employer matching, paid time off (one hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked), 11 paid holidays, orca card, and access to building fitness center amenities
