Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Venice, Florida

We’re hiring an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who wants a four-day regular workweek, long-term stability, and the opportunity to build specialty endodontic skills.

You’ll step into an outpatient role supporting root canal treatments, consultations, radiographs, CBCT scans, and microscope-assisted procedures. Experienced endodontic assistants can hit the ground running, while qualified EFDAs with strong fundamentals can receive training in specialty workflows.

• Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Approximately 32 regular hours per week
• No call
• Occasional half-day Fridays during busy season
• Specialty endodontic/root canal focus
• Small, established team with an experienced lead assistant

What makes you a great fit
• You hold the required Florida EFDA certification
• You have the required radiography credential
• You’re confident taking high-quality dental radiographs
• Endodontic, CBCT, nitrous, or laser experience is a plus
• You’re dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative needs
• New graduates with required credentials and strong fundamentals may be considered

Compensation & Benefits
• $20–$26/hour based on endodontic experience and clinical ability
