    Seeking a talented Expansion Sales Associate to join our Youth Programming team in Washington, D.C. Must excel at forming partnerships and creating opportunities with key stakeholders. Responsible for securing contracts to support the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center. Act as a liaison between our organization and clients like schools, community centers, and recreational facilities. Goal is to increase visibility, establish trust, and cultivate beneficial partnerships for youth and communities. Performance-based role with high earning potential. Work closely with the Expansion Coordinator to make a positive impact on children and neighborhoods served by the Youth Center. Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for partnership and branding initiatives in Washington D.C. for the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center expansion team. • Schedule and conduct meetings with both new and existing partners to advocate for the organization's offerings and available opportunities. • Keep abreast of all programs and potential partnership opportunities within the organization to effectively present them to potential partners. • Actively pursue and manage new leads to expand the organization's outreach and influence. • Develop innovative strategies to introduce programs to new partners and identify emerging markets for partnership growth. • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as their primary liaison within the organization. • Devise strategies to ensure the organization's offerings remain relevant to existing partners and to attract new collaborators. Qualifications: • Passionate about fostering relationships and driving sales specifically in the Washington D.C., area. • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of service excellence. • Possess an outgoing and confident demeanor to effectively engage with colleagues and potential clients. • Proficient in written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate with clarity and impact. • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively to meet set deadlines. • Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments to reach out to potential partners. • Demonstrates resilience and positivity in handling rejection positively. • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities. • Able to make informed decisions within established guidelines and protocols. • Displays a positive attitude towards collaborating with adults and excels in a team-oriented environment. • Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, preference for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. • Possesses 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
