Customer Service Rep 1  / Contract /Hybrid Opportunity

Our Client is a leading firm specializing in public sector solutions, partnering with health, education, and human services agencies to drive positive change. We're seeking professionals to join our team remotely, with occasional office travel required.

TRAVEL to the office is required 3 Days a week. Candidates will need to be located in the Portsmouth, NH area.

Responsibilities  

• Proficiency in responding to inquiries via calls and emails, maintaining documentation, and providing exceptional customer service 
• Performs support ticket transaction research/resolution tasks and administrative functions
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities
•  Strong ability to compose reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals 
• Candidates must be computer savvy, have ability to multi-task,  must develop a working knowledge of operating platforms
• Well versed with MS Widows, Excel and Word  

EDUCATION

High School diploma or equivalent is required 

EXPERIENCE

• 6- month Call Center experience preferred or 1 year Customer Service
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
