Food Distribution Company is looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to manage a team of 15.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sanitation staff.
• Plan and assign schedules.
• Train and oversee sanitation, housekeeping, and janitorial personnel.
• Maintain SSOPs and chemical inventory.
• Manage Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Identify and address cleaning and repair needs.
• Monitor chemical usage and conduct tests.
• Perform corrective actions for deviations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 years of food manufacturing experience, preferably in meat, with knowledge of FSIS/USDA regulations.
• English proficiency, bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook & MS Word.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Supervisory experience.

Working Conditions:

• Cold and loud plant environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long hours, and work weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
