Expedited Heat amp; Air is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatcher/Office Administrator to provide superb and fun customer service to customers and team members, built rapport, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments in a timely manner, make outbound calls to book, confirm and survey upcoming or completed appointments, manage customer concerns and work to resolve them effectively and efficiently, assist with inventory, promote our brand, and perform other office tasks as needed.
