Scope of work as Commercial HVAC Installer/Technician with us:
- Perform installations following the installation checklist
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Troubleshoot and repair Commercial HVAC systems
- Follow all safety guidelines that apply
- Work with and train any installation helpers assigned to work with you
- Keep the customer informed of what you are doing, when you are doing it, and how it will be done
- Ensure that all requests for installations have been closed out and completed
- Keep Install Manager informed of any problems/issues that may arise
- Learn product features and benefits
- Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
- Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency
- Maintain positivity, problem solving initiative and professional for our amazing staff and clients!
- Please be local to Lakeland, FL area
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Prior Commercial HVAC Install and Technician experience
- Excellent organization, planning, and follow through abilities
