Position Overview
We are seeking a strong Expediter (Expo) to help lead kitchen flow and ensure every dish leaving the line meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and timing.
This role is critical to delivering a consistent guest experience and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Perform final quality check on all dishes before leaving the kitchen
Ensure accuracy of orders, modifiers, and special requests
Maintain consistent plating and presentation standards
Organize and manage ticket flow during service
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Coordinate timing for coursing and table pacing
Support the line with light plating/garnish when needed
Maintain a clean and organized expo station
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an expediter, line cook, or similar role required
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and timing
High attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident communicator
Team player with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Role Structure
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and peak service hours
Role may function as:
Dedicated Expo during busy shifts
Dual role (Expo + Line Support) during slower periods
