The Kitchen Expo is the conductor of that flow, making sure every dish leaves the line looking flawless and lands in front of the right guest at the right moment. You’re not in the weeds—you’re running the show.

Your Role

Call the shots at the pass, keeping plates moving with rhythm and precision.

Give each dish its close-up- nothing leaves without your final nod of approval.

Translate between kitchen hustle and front-of-house, making sure servers know exactly what’s coming and when.

Juggle tickets like a pro, setting the pace that keeps the room buzzing.

Troubleshoot on the fly with chefs and servers to keep the night smooth and the energy high.

You Bring

Time in a kitchen or food service gig where speed and detail mattered.

Communication skills sharp enough to cut through the noise.

Grace under pressure; you stay calm when things heat up.

A hawk eye for detail, presentation matters as much as flavor.

Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays, because that’s when the magic happens.
