    The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages three restaurant brands: 107 Taste, Cajun Boil and Kung Fu Chicken. All brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area

    Kung Fu Chicken is a quick service restaurant serving high-quality Fried Chicken, Wrap and Sandwich. Kung Fu Chicken FIU is seeking an Expeditor to become an integral part of our team! Our working environment is positive and productive, and our staff is easygoing and fun to work with.

    Job Summary

    The Expeditor acts as the critical link between the kitchen and front-of-house team, ensuring orders are accurate, properly assembled, and delivered promptly to customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a sense of urgency. High-performing Expeditors will have the opportunity to be promoted to Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Check and organize food orders before serving to ensure accuracy, presentation, and freshness

    • Communicate efficiently between kitchen staff and front counter to maintain smooth service flow

    • Prepare food items (sandwiches, wraps, fried chicken, sides) according to recipes and standards when needed

    • Maintain food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen area

    • Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments accurately

    • Prepare and serve drinks, bag orders, and assist in the dining area

    • Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness at the pass, kitchen, and front counter areas

    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

    • Support the team during peak times to avoid delays with a positive and fast-paced attitude

    Qualifications

    • Strong English communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

    • Good attention to detail and sense of urgency

    • Prior experience in food service is an advantage
