What You'll be Doing: 

• Work with several Support Teams to obtain a big picture understanding of how IT works at Expeditors
• Follow our IS Support Development Training Roadmap and provide constructive feedback
• Assist with special projects, data analysis, process improvements and more
• Manage and complete assigned tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Research, identify and resolve data and software issues
• Enhance our Support Knowledge database with provided guidelines
