    Senior / Experienced Appliance Repair Technician

    Keith’s Appliances – Norwich, CT Up to $40 per hour Full-Time | On the Road

    About Us Keith’s Appliances is a locally owned appliance retailer built on service. Our service department is the foundation of our business and what sets us apart from big box stores. We are seeking an experienced residential appliance repair technician who takes pride in quality work, professionalism, and customer experience.

    Position Overview This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential appliances in customers’ homes in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. We are looking for a technician who can work independently, manage their route responsibly, and represent our company with integrity.

    Compensation

    $28 – $40 per hour, based on experience and certifications

    Overtime opportunities

    Requirements Experience:

    Minimum 3 years residential appliance repair experience (Required)

    Experience with refrigeration and sealed systems preferred

    Experience with gas appliances preferred

    License/Certification:

    Valid Driver’s License (Required)

    Work Location:

    On the road (service vehicle provided)

    Responsibilities

    Diagnose and repair residential appliances

    Complete service calls according to daily route schedule

    Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and costs

    Document service calls accurately

    Pre-screen scheduled calls and order parts as needed

    Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

    Senior-level candidates may also:

    Assist with training junior technicians

    Support service manager with technical troubleshooting

    Lead complex diagnostic and sealed system jobs
