We are seeking an experienced caregiver for an 84-year-old bed-bound female client with right-side paralysis who is continent. The schedule is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Responsibilities include transferring her from bed to shower, assisting with sponge baths or in-bed cleaning when needed, and providing personal care. Candidates must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience, including experience with transfers and hands-on personal care.

Qualifications:

• Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Three years of experience in caregiving, including experience with transfers and hands-on personal care.
• Current CNA license
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
• Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work, which includes a negative TB Test

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personal Care (sponge bathing, dressing, and transfers)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
• Assist with medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation
• Monitor BP and glucose levels
