    HIGHLIGHTS

    Work with the CMO 20-30 hours / week  High Growth Potential  Anywhere in the World $1,000 USD Monthly Stipend The Web Designer / Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining design standards. The intern will also assist in the development of marketing campaigns and collateral materials.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    This position consists of 2 parts: The first part is: 50% -70% GRAPHIC DESIGN, the tasks include:

    1. Create, execute, and maintain design standards for all visual aspects of the company   
    2. Work with the campaign team and assist in the development of marketing campaigns and collateral materials
    3. Collaborate with the content team to create graphics for: blog, podcast, social media posts, and email newsletter
    4. Partner with the social media team to design the content 
    5. Work with the video creator and the content team to create graphics for videos

    The second part is: 30%-50% WEB DESIGN tasks:

    • Create unique pages on different websites or page builders 
    • Front-end and back-end experience with knowledge of seamless integration between front - to back-end development.
    • Practical HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, scripting (Perl), graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator or Adobe Creative Suite
    • You'll be expected to pick up and learn new software that will help with your responsibilities relatively quickly. Mastery of the software isn't required, but you'll have to become at least very knowledgeable.
    • There will be many times that you're given a rough goal and some strategy on how to achieve this goal, but you will not be given a step-by-step guide. This is where your creativity will be of use.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Experience in graphic design and web design 
    • Proficient in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (or other graphic design tools), HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, scripting (Perl), graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Open to innovative new ways to design our products/content 
    • Good communication skills
    • Customer-empathy: Passion for working with people and developing empathy to relate to customers (create design that speak to our audience)
    • Looking for the opportunity to work on brand marketing projects. Interests in B2B & SaaS is a plus
    • Strong performance in general marketing strategy, team coordination, research, SOP'

    Our company,Experience.care is looking to change how marketing is done in the healthcare world. Having recently undergone a rebrand, we're looking to become well-known in the world of healthcare and the way we do that is by providing meaningful connections to everyone we work with. Our new interns will help drive our marketing efforts in establishing our recently rebranded company and increase our digital footprint to grow conversions. This internship will work on a wide array of marketing projects alongside the director of marketing, designers, developers, and other team members.

    BENEFITS

    This internship has a $1,000 a month stipend. We teach sales, marketing, and strategy skills. You will learn a lot through this internship. Your supervisor has had multiple interns come through that have grown exponentially through their time on the team. Alongside the marketing skills you'll acquire, you will also get great industry knowledge. The healthcare industry is a very tricky one to navigate, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes very useful.A 3-month commitment is required, 4-6 months is even better. A 15 to 25 hour-per-week commitment is required. You must also be able to receive University credit for the internship. If this is not possible, you must have an outstanding background and references to be considered.
