Located in the heart of Lee's Summit, our restaurant offers a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere, focusing on refined cuisine, exemplary service, and memorable moments for our guests. We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Server and help elevate the dining experience for our guests.

Position Overview: As a Server at Bella's Italian Restaurant, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering outstanding service in a high-end dining environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed, valued, and are treated to an unforgettable experience from the moment they enter to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.

Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, making sure every guest's needs are met.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.

Provide wine and beverage suggestions, upselling as appropriate.

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service.

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Knowledge of wine, spirits, and the ability to recommend pairings is a plus.

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and have the ability to move quickly and efficiently.

A flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
