Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in Chester, PA! Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across hotel guest rooms and common areas

Inspect cleaned rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and quality standards

Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to maximize efficiency and performance

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities and submit restocking requests as needed

Communicate with front desk and hotel management regarding room status, special requests, and guest concerns

Enforce safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance protocols across all housekeeping activities

Address and resolve guest complaints related to room cleanliness in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of hotel housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation standards, and hospitality best practices

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse housekeeping team

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering five-star cleanliness standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and hotel management

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and early mornings

Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting for extended periods
