What You'll Do
As an Experienced Renovation Technician, you will complete apartment renovations and unit turns, ensuring every apartment is move-in ready and meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Apartment renovations and unit turns
Drywall installation and repair
Interior painting and finishing
Flooring installation (LVP, vinyl, laminate, tile)
Trim work and finish carpentry
Cabinet installation and repairs
Door and window installation/repair
Basic plumbing repairs and fixture installation
Basic electrical repairs and fixture replacement
General construction and remodeling projects
Punch list completion
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicating project progress with supervisors and Property Managers

Has renovation or apartment maintenance experience
