Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Renovation Team Members to join our growing organization. This team is responsible for the transformation of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all renovations are completed with high standards, efficiency, and integrity. You will be part of a collaborative crew that values communication, respect, and results.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of renovation tasks including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, cabinetry, and finish work

Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Work alongside property managers and maintenance staff to ensure project timelines are met

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites

Communicate project progress and needs with leadership

Ensure quality workmanship in all renovations and repairs

Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential or commercial renovation work (minimum 3 years preferred)

Ability to handle physical demands of the job (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and renovation best practices

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow directions and take initiative when needed

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must have a valid driver's license
