Collaborate with our internal teams to plan and execute renovations on time and within budget.

Ensure completed units meet our high standards and are rent-ready.

Demo and prep units for renovation work, managing material orders and job site cleanliness.

Communicate professionally with property managers, team members, and vendors.

Adapt to shifting project timelines and priorities.

    Preferred Skills

Strong carpentry and finish work experience (cabinets, trim, doors, etc.)

    Kitchen and bath remodeling expertise.

Light electrical and plumbing knowledge (enough to support licensed contractors or troubleshoot).

    Tile, flooring, and painting proficiency.

Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

    What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years in residential or multifamily renovation.

A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must be able to transport tools and materials).

Comfortable lifting 40 lbs., using ladders, and working in active construction zones.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends based on project needs.

    Why Join Us?

Be part of a high-performance team where your impact is seen and rewarded.

Bonus pay opportunities for completing projects efficiently and with excellence.

Unique wealth-building path—invest in the same properties you help renovate.

Work for a company that owns what it manages—we succeed together.

Career growth in a company focused on real estate development and long-term success.
