Dental experience or treatment planning experience required : 1+ years

Strong communication and sales confidence

Comfortable discussing finances and closing cases

Bi-lingual a plus

Job Duties Include:

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently

Discuss financial options, estimates, and payment arrangements

Help patients understand the value of comprehensive care

Coordinate scheduling for larger cases

Follow up on pending treatment

Create a warm, welcoming experience from consult to completion

Support practice growth through strong case acceptance

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Coordinating with insurance companies on behalf of the patient

A variety of administrative duties
