    CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AMBASSADOR - JOB SUMMARY:

    Your role as a Customer Satisfaction Ambassador is to provide both new and existing customers with any support and necessary information that they require at our events. This will include completing sales transactions, documenting the necessary customer information and carrying product and service demonstrations.

     

    TO SUM IT UP

    As a Customer Satisfaction Ambassador, face-to-face interactions will be your priority whilst acquiring new customers for our clients. Forget the traditional forms of marketing like television ads, radio ads, leaflets and print; you will learn how to achieve and develop multiple forward-thinking, exciting sales and marketing campaigns for our clients at our private site events.

    This position does not require a large amount of experience but it does require the following characteristics:
