Experienced 2’s Teacher (Potty Training Experience Preferred)

The Learning Experience

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 2’s Teacher to join our team! Potty training experience is strongly preferred, as you will play a key role in helping our 2-year-olds gain independence and confidence.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for 2-year-olds.

Support children through daily potty training routines with patience and positivity.

Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum.

Ensure a safe, nurturing space where children can learn, explore, and grow.

Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and potty training progress.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and your teaching team.

Work collaboratively with center leadership to support enrollment and classroom success.

Requirements

Genuine passion for early childhood education.

1+ year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6+ months required.

Potty training experience with toddlers strongly preferred.

Associate Degree in ECE or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required).

Must meet all state licensing requirements.
