Who we are: AV Specialists has been serving the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years, specializing in luxury residential automation and high-performance audio/video. We work in high-end homes and commercial spaces with brands like Control4, Lutron, Savant, Sonus Faber, McIntosh, and B&W. We finish every job. We answer the phone. We don't cut corners.

The role: We need an experienced technician who knows residential automation — someone who can walk into a high-end home, communicate confidently with the client, and execute a clean, professional installation. Commercial audio experience is a plus. This is a long-term position, not a pit stop.

What you should bring:

3–4+ years of hands-on experience with Control4, Savant, Lutron, or comparable platforms

Solid low-voltage fundamentals — structured wiring, rack building, clean terminations

Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with homeowners

Professional appearance — we work in luxury homes and our reputation is everything
