We’re seeking a skilled, motivated Air Duct Cleaning Technician with HVAC experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping clients, and is looking for long-term career growth.

✅ Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license (clean record—no points in the last 3 years)

21 years or older

1+ years of HVAC experience REQUIRED

1-2 years of air duct and dryer vent cleaning experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and solid math skills (know how to calculate square footage)

Comfortable with ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and roofs

Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions

Professional appearance and communication skills

Willing to speak with clients and recommend additional services

Must obtain NADCA and AEROSEAL certification within 12 months of employment

Able to run a daily route independently and communicate clearly with the team

🕒 Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday–Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month

8-hour shifts

💵 Compensation & Perks:

$18.50–$21.50/hr (Based on experience)
