💼 What You’ll Do
As our Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll build lasting client relationships and ensure top-tier service by:
Helping customers with policy questions, payments & coverage changes
Quoting and binding personal lines policies (auto/home)
Reviewing and renewing policies, offering cross-sell opportunities
Documenting interactions and following up to ensure resolution
Acting as the helpful, knowledgeable go-to that keeps clients happy and protected
🧠What We’re Looking For
Allstate Experience a must
Licensed in Personal Lines (or P&C)
2+ years of CSR or account management experience
Excellent communication, phone, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
