Our winning team is looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated sales representative to join our team. You will set paid and non-paid appointments with the legal team. You must follow specific procedures to protect the company and the callers and input accurate, detailed information about the caller and their needs. You can never give legal advice. You will obtain basic client information about the caller's problem and set up appointments so that the firm can help. The ideal candidate is an engaging listener who knows how to close the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. Responsibilities: • Respond to Inquiries: Use writing and verbal communication to respond via phone, email, and web forms, and initiate the intake process. Understand the company and our products and services to address client queries, concerns, or doubts, providing them with the necessary information to move forward with their case. • Screen Leads and evaluate potential case: Obtain all relevant information and evaluate potential clients based on predefined criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for the legal services offered by the firm. Ensure that the prospect is seeking the services we provide in a geographical area that we serve. • Schedule Consultations: Coordinate initial consultations between potential clients and attorneys or legal teams. • Data Entry & Documentation Data Entry: Accurately input client and case details into case management systems or CRM tools. Document the case and **** maintain detailed records of client interactions, including intake forms, notes, and follow-up actions. • Database Management: Organize and manage a comprehensive database of client leads, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. • Client Communication & Relationship Management Follow-Up: Contact clients for follow-up consultations, answer any questions, and ensure clients feel heard and supported throughout the intake process. • Nurture Leads: Maintain relationships with clients who may not immediately convert, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement. Qualifications: • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Prior experience using a CRM is required. • Accurate typing of a minimum of 50 words per minute. • Excellent team player who supports others. • Attention to detail. • Superior listening skills. • Excellent time management, call management, and calendar management. • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles. • Ability to learn and sell the firm's products and to distinguish our services from different types of law that we do not provide. • Redirect unqualified callers to identified resources that may be able to assist them. Compensation: $12 - $25 hourly
