Auto detailing isn't just a job; it's a trade that can pave the way for you to transition from being an employee to being self-employed. There's always going to be a demand for top-notch auto detailing services!

DoubleTake Auto Spa, a premium auto detailing company based in Fremont, is on the lookout for an experienced Auto Detailer. We need someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience, but we are willing to train, for a full-time position from 10am to 6:30pm. Please note, you'll need to be available to work two Saturdays a month.

We're seeking individuals skilled in Auto Detailing, Polishing, and Ceramic Coating applications. If you have experience with Paint Protection Film or Window Tinting, that's a significant advantage! Essentially, the more experience you bring to the table, the better the pay. Of course, you'll need to be able to prove your skills. However, if you're new to this, we're also willing to train.

At DoubleTake Auto Spa, we're not just another car wash center where you're washing 20-50 cars a day. We're a high-end auto preservation center, focusing on quality over quantity, detailing only 3-4 cars a day. This semi-high paced environment demands a level of speed combined with a keen eye for details.

Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6:30pm. We're a team-spirited company where everyone collaborates to get the job done!

To us, work experience means having worked at a well-known auto detailing company that we can find on Google. If you were the owner of a detailing company, you must be able to provide us with proper tax documents or social media proof dating back at least three years. Please note that cleaning your own or family vehicles does not count as experienced.

Below is a partial list of some of the functions involved in the role, with your main responsibility being to improve the appearance of automobiles both inside and out.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Wash vehicles exterior using a pressure washer and cleaning solution

Cleaning, waxing, and refurbishing vehicles

Must have experience with performing paint correction to remove swirl marks and other paint imperfections from the vehicle. Should have a good knowledge of the different polishing pads and products,

Applying Ceramic Coatings without leaving high-spots and know how to properly correct any issues.

Deep vacuum interior of vehicles to remove dirt and debris.

Must have a clear understanding of how to remove stains with heat exactor without soaking the carpets. Clean upholstery and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.

Cleaning of vinyl or leather surfaces

We're an exclusive Xpel center so if you have experience with installing paint protection film and window tint, that's a major plus!
