Seeking an automotive service advisor. Our Automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs. Some experience preferred, but not required. Will train. Must have computer skills.

Must have good customer service skills, including answering the phone in a professional manner.

Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and maintenance.

Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates.

Prior experience in automotive service writing.

Knowledge using computer to write up customer repair estimates.

Address and resolve customer complaints.

Must complete application in store and turn in to Mike G. or Tony for review.
