    Job Overview

Being a technician today can feel discouraging. Maybe you’ve heard, “There are no cars right now,” or “Hang in there—it'll get better,” or even “It’s like this everywhere.” But let’s be real—that mindset is soul-crushing. The truth? The business has changed. The way customers respond to service and advertising has changed. But one thing hasn't: there are more cars on the road than ever before.

The key difference is where those cars are going and what customers need to feel confident about approving repairs.

At our shops, we focus on bringing in the right customers—those who actually want to fix their vehicles. We use tools that make a difference:

Photo documentation to help customers understand what’s happening with their car.

Flexible payment options—regardless of credit—so they can afford the work they need.

We're expanding and looking for a few great techs to grow with us. If you take pride in doing the job right and are ready to be part of a team that respects your time, skill, and effort, you may have just found your new home.

    Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, etc.).

Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using modern diagnostic tools.

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and clearly communicate recommendations.

Perform wheel alignments and suspension adjustments to OEM specifications.

Keep accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.

Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle condition and next steps.

Work closely with team members to keep workflow smooth and efficient.

Stay current on evolving automotive technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems).

    Qualifications

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.

Strong working knowledge of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures.

Ability to communicate diagnostic findings clearly to other techs and service advisors.

Proficiency with automotive tools and service equipment.

High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

ASE certification preferred (or a willingness to earn it—support available).

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

    Why Work With Us?

A team that actually understands what techs need to succeed.

Steady flow of the right kinds of customers.

Tools that help you do your job more effectively.

A company culture that respects your skill and work ethic.

If you’re ready to turn wrenches somewhere that feels right—apply today.
