About the Role:

Join Tower Auto Sales as an Automotive Title Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth vehicle transactions. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to our customer-first approach. You will be provided with your own office space.

Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles and registrations efficiently and accurately.

Manage and organize title files and records for easy access.

Handle discrepancies and resolve title-related issues promptly.

Taking and uploading pictures on website of vehicles.

Strong knowledge of DMV/Title processing (in-state and out of state)

Proficiency with Dealer Center is a plus

Bill Deliveries in timely manor

Knowledge about Verifi is required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of automotive title laws and regulations is a plus.

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is required

Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
