Job Summary

An experienced Bazooka Charlie's Barber/Stylist is responsible for delivering high-quality hair grooming services, including expert hair-cutting, shaving, and beard grooming. They conduct client consultations to customize styles based on individual preferences and ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting relationships. The role also involves mentoring junior barbers, managing salon operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and staying updated with industry trends. A passion for barbering and a commitment to professional development are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a valid cosmetology or barbering license (TDLR-issued licenses preferred).

Proven experience as a barber or stylist (3+ years preferred).

Strong cutting, styling, and grooming skills across various hair types.

Passionate about customer service with a positive and outgoing attitude.

Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

We participate in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility for all new hires.

Compensation

Experienced Barber/Stylists at our shops can make between $20 - $30+ per hour under our hybrid compensation plan.
