Dragonfly Boatworks is hiring an experienced Gel Coat Finisher / Boat Repair Technician to support repair, finish, and quality work on our boats. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on ability, attention to detail, and experience producing clean, consistent finish work in a shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform gel coat finishing and cosmetic boat repairs

Complete sanding, fairing, patching, and surface prep work

Use hand tools and electric tools safely and effectively

Inspect work carefully and maintain high quality standards

Follow shop procedures, safety requirements, and production instructions

Work independently and as part of a team to complete repair work on schedule

Qualifications

Previous experience in gel coat finishing, boat repair, fiberglass work, or related finish/repair work

Strong working knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math

Clear English communication for job instructions, safety, and teamwork

Valid driver’s license

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
