BrightStar Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced CNA to provide high-quality one-on-one care for a VIP client. This is an excellent opportunity for a CNA with experience providing total care and caring for high-acuity clients.

📅 Available Shifts

🌙 Night Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

☀️ Day Shift: Wednesday–Saturday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

🩺 Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, personalized care in the client's home

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide total care, including safe transfers using a Hoyer lift

Prepare meals and assist with feeding

Perform light housekeeping and linen changes

Provide transportation to appointments and errands, as needed

Encourage mobility and follow the client's individualized plan of care

Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the Director of Nursing

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client

✅ Qualifications

Current Texas CNA certification required

2–3 years of CNA experience

Experience providing total care

Experience using a Hoyer lift

Current CPR certification

Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical requirements of the position

Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care

Resume required with relevant CNA experience

A meet-and-greet with the family is required before placement.
