Home Helpers Home Care of Olney is looking to expand its Caregiver family. We are hiring kind, compassionate, and dedicated CNAs and GNAs who bring their passion to work. We are looking to staff a part-time caregiver shift from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care and a compassionate approach to supporting clients with their daily needs.

Qualifications:

• Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current CNA license
• Dementia experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
• Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work, which includes a negative TB Test

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Companion care
• Meal preparation
• Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
• Assist with medication reminders
• Engage the client in conversation and activities
