What You'll Do

As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll provide the personalized support that helps our clients continue living safely and independently at home.

Depending on the client's individual needs, you may:

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs

Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating

Provide medication reminders

Assist with mobility and everyday activities

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment

Provide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activities

Follow individualized care plans

Document services provided and communicate important observations to the care team

Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families
