Responsibilities:

Operate and program CNC routers to produce intricate designs and signage.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precision manufacturing.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate execution of creative concepts.

Manage material inventory and ensure optimal usage during production.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency.

Adhere to quality control standards and meet project deadlines.

Train and mentor junior operators on CNC machine operation and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in CAD software and CNC programming languages.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
