About the Role:

West Coast Building Solutions Inc is looking for a skilled and experienced Cabinet Refacing Installer to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This is a hands-on role with steady, reliable work for a craftsman who takes pride in delivering beautiful kitchen and bathroom transformations. Responsibilities:

Install cabinet refacing materials including veneers, rigid thermofoil (RTF), and wood overlays on existing cabinet frames

Replace and install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware

Measure, cut, and fit refacing materials with precision for a clean, professional finish

Prep cabinet surfaces including cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to installation

Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site throughout the project

Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe during and after installation

Troubleshoot and resolve fitting or alignment issues as they arise

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on cabinet refacing or cabinetry installation experience required

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finish carpentry techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites

Professional, courteous demeanor when working in customers' homes

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout the San Diego area

Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
