The Post Processing Trimmer at LiveHappy, LLC will play a crucial role in the cultivation and production process, with a primary focus on post-harvest trimming and manicuring of cannabis plants. While the main responsibility will be post-processing, there may be occasions when assistance with cultivation tasks is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a passion for cannabis, and the flexibility to adapt to various tasks within the cultivation process.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform post-harvest trimming and manicuring of cannabis plants to ensure product quality and consistency.
2. Utilize hand trimmers, scissors, and other tools to carefully remove excess leaves, stems, and other unwanted plant material.
3. Inspect cannabis plants for pests, mold, or other abnormalities during the post-processing stage and report any issues to the cultivation supervisor.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trimming area to uphold health and safety standards and prevent contamination.
5. Assist with other cultivation tasks as needed, including but not limited to harvesting, transplanting, and plant maintenance.
6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding cannabis cultivation and processing.
7. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet production goals.
8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to cannabis cultivation techniques.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in cannabis trimming required.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in trimming techniques.
3. Knowledge of cannabis strains, anatomy, and quality standards.
