    About the Role:

    Join Generations Home Care as an Experienced Caregiver in the Phoenix area, where your compassion and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who share our passion for helping others.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.

    Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

    Assist with light housekeeping tasks.

    Handle laundry and run errands (if needed).

    Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

    Helping to create a positive, uplifting environment

    Clock in and out of Shift via our on-line App

    Documentation of Visit in our on-line App

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience in a home care or healthcare setting.

    Current CPR and First Aid certification.

    Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.

    Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.

    Background check clearance

    Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Benefits:

    Competitive pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
