Previous experience in professional caregiving required.

Strong preference for candidates who have worked overnight shifts.

· Physical ability to assist with lifting and other demanding tasks, performed with care and concern for safety.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, empathize, and provide attentive, compassionate support.

· Solid understanding of caregiving best practices and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, always treating everyone with kindness and respect.

· Prepare nutritious meals and provide assistance with feeding, ensuring each meal is served with patience and encouragement.

· Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our seniors.

· Offer gentle support with mobility and lifting, always prioritizing the dignity and comfort of those in your care.
