Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of carpentry tasks across residential and commercial renovation projects.

Execute framing, trim work, drywall prep, and custom finish work with high precision.

Interpret project plans, sketches, and specifications to carry out work efficiently.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while adhering to all standard safety protocols.

Collaborate effectively with site leads, sub-contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of professional carpentry or residential renovation experience.

Solid knowledge of carpentry materials, hand/power tools, and trade best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: Starting at $28.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
