As our company grows, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Chain Link Fence Crew Lead to manage job site operations and help us meet demand, including work on municipal and federal contracts.

Job Description: We are hiring an Experienced Chain Link Fence Crew Lead to oversee daily job site operations, lead a small crew, and ensure fence installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and to spec. This role involves working on commercial and government projects, requiring strict attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of 2–4 installers on residential, commercial, and government projects

Interpret blueprints and job site plans

Install chain link fencing (including tension wire, top rail, posts, gates, fabric, vehicle cable, barb wire, and razor wire)

Ensure quality, safety, and job completion on schedule

Communicate clearly with customers, general contractors, and internal staff

Maintain truck inventory, tools, and daily materials

Train new crew members and ensure workmanship standards

Follow job site access protocols, especially for government-related sites

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of chain link fence installation experience

Minimum 1 year in a crew lead or supervisory role

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to tow a trailer (preferred)

Must provide two valid forms of ID (for government background screening)

No felonies within the past 10 years

No open tickets, warrants, or pending court cases

Must pass E-Verify and background check for government work

Must be able to lift 80+ lbs and work in Florida outdoor conditions

Benefits:

$23-$27 per hour, 1 hour of PTO earned every 30 hours worked, guaranteed 50 hours per week with 1.5x pay on overtime
